BENGUET Tourist Destinations 

While Baguio City is not officially part of Benguet, its location provides additional income in form of tourism for the province. Some of the interesting places are, Kennon Road, Binga Hydroelectic Plant, strawberry and flower farms in La Trinidad, Ambuklao Dam, and Palina and Naguey rice terraces: Ambuklao and Binga Dams
The Dam was built in 1950s and the source of power for major areas in Luzon.

Asin-An Sulfur Springs
Found in Buguias.
Balatoc Mines Tour
The Balatoc Mines are the first ever underground mining tourist attraction in the Philippines.
Batarangan Airstrip
Used as landing site by the U.S. Airforce during World War II.
Camp Utopia
This is located in Kapangan and used as a camp by the Infantry Battalion during World War II.
Darew Ancient Ruins of Civilization
The ruins were of the earliest known settlements.
Guerilla Saddle
Battleground of the famous Infantry Battalion and guerillas who fought the Japanese Imperial Army.
Hill World War II
This is located in Mankayan and is the site where the 66th Infantry Battalion and guerillas fought to make their way to Besang Pass.
Kabayan Mummies
The Burial Rock is almost as big as a regular three-storey building which houses centuries-old mummies. There is also the Timbac Caves and Opdas Cave as one of the biggest burial caves in the municipality. It has 200 skulls and bones neatly piled on ledges reminiscent of the catacombs of Rome.
Kaliwaga Cave
This is the burial place in Kapangan for British soldiers who came to Benguet in the 15th century.
Kennon Road
This is known as Zig-zag Road.
Lamtang
Escape route of then President Sergio Osmena and party who ware escorted by detachment of the 66th Infantry Battalion to Camp Valhalla, Kapangan to San Gabriel, and La Union during WW II.
Madaymen
Located in Kibungan. This is a vegetable growing area known as the "Switzerland of Benguet."
Mount Pulag
The highest mountain peak in Luzon at 9,640 feet above sea level. It is home to many species of highland flora and fauna, including the dwarf bamboo, which covers its bald peak. Mountain climbing expeditions are being done during the months of December and April.
Strawberry Picking
Tourists can experience picking fresh strawberries from the fields in La Trinidad.

The major tourist destination in the Philippines. Its picturesque landscape, unique culture, warm people and temperate climate all contribute to it being a favorite among the tourists. As such, tourists-related industries such as handicrafts, restaurants and inns have been very viable enterprises. Among the 26 tourist spots that are must see for the tourists are:

La Trinidad Valley
Timbac Caves 
Mt. Pulag
The second highest mountain in the country. Various hot springs, water falls and caves are just some of the natural wonders that continue to attract visitors to the area.

Benguet is also the site of many events in our country's history. The tunnels at Tadiangan built by the Japanese during World War II, the Kaliwaga Cave in Kapungan used as Burial caves in the 15th century, the guerrilla Saddle at Halsema Road which was the battleground of the famous 66th Infantry Battalion and Guerrillas who fought the Japanese Imperial Army and Camp Utopia where Majors Bado Dangwa and Dennis Molintas led the defense of Igorotlandia, are just some of the historical sites found in Benguet.

Baguio City
Philippine Military Academy - the premier military school in teh country, the West Point of the Philippines
Camp John Hay - former American military recreational facility now developed as a world class mountain resort
Teachers Camp - famous for its facilities for sports training, trainings and live-in conventions
Easter Weaving Room - first started as a Church School this facility has already transformed as a must-see for weaving afficionados
Baguio-Mountain Province Museum - built mainly to preserve the cultural heritage of the Cordillera
Baguio Convention Center - the main convention venue in the city of Baguio
Ifugao Woodcarvers Village - produces and sells beautiful hand-carved curio items at very low prices
Asin Hot Spring - water resorts supplied by nature's hot and cold springs
Mt. Sto. Tomas - for hikers, it is about 7,500 feet high and commands a majestic view of mountains, sea and valley
Lourdes Grotto - a religious shrine housing the image of our lady of Lourdes, about 252 steps lead to this shrine where pilgrims brave the steep climb to offer sacrifices, devotions and prayers; one is also blessed with a beautiful panoramic view of the city
Burnham Park - It is thickly wooded and is a great place to have picnics and concerts. The place is equipped with tennis and basketball courts, a football field, athletic oval and an orchidarium.
Mines View Park - Appropriately names for its breathtaking view of mountain ranges and Baguio's "mineral bowl where gold,silver and other ores were once quarried.
Wright Park - It is sometimes mistakenly called "ride park" by some who identify this tree park reserve for its kiddy horse rides. A long stairway leads to the "Pool of the Pines".
